Perfect and fairly clean hotel, loved it. The location was amazing, short walk from Schlossli Schonegg. Our room had an extremely comfy bed and an incredibly beautiful view.

This was a wonderful stay in a fairytale location with reasonable prices. Everything was perfect, including nice staff and stunning location down the mountain. The food was appetising with lots of choice!

We had a pleasant stay, the hotel was romantic, fairly clean, with favourable location close to the center. The breakfast was enjoyable, delicious with an incredible view and great views, as for instance.

Actually everything was beautiful, you're dope! Perfect stuff and food, just perfect experience. It was located in a tranquil area. Also, a covered wooden footbridge was max 15 minutes walk to. There where a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a free minibar and a personal safe in the room, enjoyed that. Nice lobby.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, nestled in a nice building with great view of the lake and mountains.

It was a luxury hotel, no complaints whatsoever, can recommend. Bright & well-designed rooms with a big bathroom. Everything was very good, nonetheless a few employees were not very friendly.

Great value, excellent service offered. Unbelievable view, a beautiful balcony, great bed, too. Super central location and terrific hotel itself. We went out for dinner, found Restaurant Metzgerhalle, it was at a medium distance from the venue.

Location was perfect and the bkfast staff was SWEET.

Memorable stay in the beautiful area. Fairly friendly staff, brilliant service, common and super rooms. The breakfast was reasonably good, there was plenty of food to chose from. It was good to have free soft drinks in the cocktail bar.

all in all, i spend my time very nicely. 15 mins walk to the center. it deserves its 4 stars.

It was so close to everything and the view was panoramic. Receptionist is the best ever! Moreover, WiFi was handy. Our favourite hotel in Lucerne, staff was helpful...
